FAQs

  • Individual Sessions - $120 - 50 minutes

  • Yes! I reserve a portion of my caseload for clients navigating financial hardship.

  • Currently, I am offering virtual sessions only to residents of New York and New Jersey.

  • I do not accept insurance directly at this time. However, many clients are able to receive partial or full reimbursement for “out-of-network” mental health services, depending on their insurance plan. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a monthly superbill (a detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. I encourage you to check with your provider to learn more about your specific coverage.

  • Paying out-of-pocket for therapy can offer greater freedom, privacy, and control over your care. When using insurance, companies often require a formal mental health diagnosis, may place limits on the number of sessions allowed each year, and can request access to your personal health information. Additionally, in-network provider limitations can make it harder to find someone who truly feels like the right fit.

By working out-of-network, we’re able to collaborate more privately and flexibly—without third-party oversight. This approach ensures a higher level of confidentiality and allows us to shape therapy around your individual needs rather than insurance requirements. Many clients are able to receive reimbursement between 30% to 100% of session costs through their out-of-network benefits. If you have questions about this process or how to navigate reimbursement, I’m happy to help.

  • Feel free to reach out to me! This call gives us a chance to talk about what you're looking for in therapy and address any questions or concerns you might have about working with me.

Our first session will be an opportunity for you to get a sense of the therapy space and share more about what’s bringing you in. I offer a free 15 minute consultation before we get started on individual sessions.
